OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Orders will be shipped frieght collect, unless paid in advance. UPS orders will be shipped cash only or certified check. Orders over 150 pounds will be shipped by common carrier, frieght collect.
Non-domestic orders must be paid by certified check or money order, payable in US funds to J&J Mold Company only.
No credit is offered and no 30-day accounts are established.
OUR LOSS CLAIMS POLICY
J&J Mold Company is not respondsible for broken molds in shipment. Claims for loss are to be filed with the frieght company. Carriers should be notified of damage before the order is unpacked. Save the shipping box and materials for inspection by frieght company's representive.
OUR DEFECT AND ERRORS POLICY
Manufacturing defects or missing molds must be reported to J&J Mold Company within 48 hours of reciept of the order. Defective molds will be inspected by J&J Mold Company ( by pouring a casting to identify the defect) If no problem is found, the mold will be returned to the buyer. Transportation charges are to paid by customer. If the mold is found to be defective, the mold will be replaced.
OUR DISCOUNT SCHEDULE Under $50.00 retail, no discount applies
$50.00 - $150.00 retail, 20% discount applies
$150.00 - $500.00 retail, 30% discount applies
$500.00 - $1500.00 retail, 40% discount applies
50% discount applies to Distributors only
